Vox Beta

Jeff upgrades his dating app to a paid version, eager to meet more exclusive people, however, he doesn’t read all the terms of agreements. Unwittingly, he unlocks a bizarre and unsettling feature - a voice that takes residence in his mind, narrating his inner thoughts and even ordering Ubers. To Jeff’s horror, he discovers he is one of four Beta Test Subjects selected for the experimental app known as Vox. The four subjects, locked in a digital love square, set out on to find the enigmatic CEO who created the app. The dark comedy offers a terrifying and hilarious exploration of human dialog in a digital age.

Vox Beta made its debut at Dixon Place as Vox in 2019.
